Death by Force

Justin Tony Garcia, a 17-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on October 8, 2019, in La Vergne, Tennessee. Garcia was a student at La Vergne High School and was well-loved by his community. He was shot and killed in his own driveway while checking out a light-colored SUV that had pulled into the driveway. His mother, Kristie Garcia, was driving home from work when she heard the gunshot. Justin was transported to TriStar Stone Crest Medical Center but was later pronounced dead.
