Deontrea Milligan, a 33-year-old resident of Clarksville, Tennessee, tragically lost their life on November 15, 2019, during a home invasion. Milligan, who was African American, was one of two victims killed in the incident. The other victim, Nicoli Jefferies, aged 37, also succumbed to injuries sustained during the attack.
