Robert Pearlie Brandon, a 49-year-old man from Newbern, Tennessee, was tragically found shot to death early on October 25, 2020, in a business located in the 100 block of Smith Street. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and local authorities launched an investigation into the incident.
