In the Raleigh neighborhood of Memphis, Tennessee, a burst of gunfire on the evening of January 12, 2021, tragically cut short the life of 14-year-old KaVeon Monie. The young male was fatally wounded in a shooting that occurred on Elk Point Drive. Emergency responders found him with a gunshot wound, and despite medical intervention, he succumbed to his injuries.
