In the early morning hours of Wednesday, June 23, 2021, the life of 24-year-old Carlos Sweeney was tragically cut short in Knoxville, Tennessee. Knoxville Police Department officers were dispatched to an apartment on Longview Road around 4:30 a.m. after receiving a disconnected 911 call. While on their way, a second call came in reporting a gunshot victim at the same location.
