In the early hours of December 1, 2021, the life of David Richard Howard IV, a 28-year-old Caucasian male from Corryton, Tennessee, was tragically cut short. Known as a hardworking man and a loving father to his daughter, he was fatally shot at a residence in East Knox County, Knoxville.
