In the late summer of 2022, the life of 23-year-old Kenneth Ray Lewis Starks was tragically cut short in Memphis, Tennessee. On the evening of August 16, police discovered the young man deceased in his vehicle in the Parkway Village neighborhood. He had been fatally shot.
