On a tragic Wednesday in Memphis, Tennessee, 62-year-old Richard Clark’s life was abruptly and senselessly cut short on September 7, 2022, a victim of a city-wide shooting rampage that was partially broadcast on social media.

That afternoon, Mr. Clark was at a gas station on South Parkway East when the alleged gunman, Ezekiel Kelly, pulled up beside his vehicle. Without provocation, Kelly opened fire into Clark's car, striking and killing him. This violent act was one of several that te ...
