Michael "Mikey Chang" Ciancaglini, aged 31, was a soldier in the Philadelphia crime family. On August 5, 1993, he was killed in a drive-by shooting outside their clubhouse in South Philadelphia. The attack was ordered by mob boss John Stanfa as part of an ongoing conflict with Joey Merlino, Ciancaglini's close associate and right-hand man. Merlino survived the shooting with a bullet wound to the buttocks, but Ciancaglini was shot once in the chest and died at the scene.
