In the early hours of a Minneapolis morning, the life of 32-year-old Luis Alejandro Torres-Sanchez, a Hispanic male from Andover, was tragically cut short. On November 25, 2013, at approximately 1:30 a.m., a burst of gunfire shattered the late-night calm at La Que Buena restaurant on East Lake Street. Torres-Sanchez was inside the crowded establishment when a lone gunman approached from the outside, took aim through the front windows, and opened fire into the group of people within.
