Jeffrey Evans, a 36-year-old man from Allentown, PA, tragically died on May 1, 2008. His body was discovered in the 400 block of Green Street, and it was determined that he had been shot to death. Prior to his death, Jeffrey was seen walking in that area on foot. The Allentown Police Department's Cold Case Unit has been investigating his death, but as of now, no arrests have been made, and the case remains unsolved.
