On a cold February evening in Chester, Pennsylvania, the life of Edward Jammal Ware, a man known to his loved ones as 'Boochie' or 'Little Butch,' was tragically cut short. On February 26, 2011, the 30-year-old Black male was getting out of his car at the intersection of 10th and Upland Streets when he was fatally shot.
