Hoover Darnell Carter, a 56-year-old resident of Inglewood, California, tragically lost his life on April 25, 2014. According to reports, Carter was shot and killed in the 700 block of Isis Avenue in Inglewood. The incident occurred early in the morning, around 6:40 a.m., when Inglewood police officers responded to a call and found Carter with gunshot wounds to his upper torso. Despite being rushed to a nearby hospital, Carter was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
