David L. Fleetwood, a 62-year-old Caucasian male from Saylorsburg, PA, tragically lost his life on August 5, 2013. Fleetwood, a dedicated Air Force veteran and active community member, was attending a public meeting at the Ross Township Municipal Building when he was fatally shot. The incident also claimed the lives of Gerard J. Kozic, 53, and James LaGuardia, 64, both residents of Saylorsburg.
