Gerard J. 'Jerry' Kozic, a 53-year-old man from Saylorsburg, PA, tragically lost his life on August 5, 2013. He was killed in a shooting at the Ross Township Municipal Building during a public meeting. His wife, Linda Kozic, was also critically injured in the incident. The couple had recently celebrated their 16th wedding anniversary.
