On June 17, 2008, 19-year-old Jeffery Bernard Boular was shot and killed outside a home on Marlowe Avenue in Charlotte, North Carolina. The shooting occurred around 2:45 p.m., when a suspect in a red Dodge Magnum fired multiple rounds into the home. Boular, who was outside at the time, was hit, and another person inside the home sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Fortunately, none of the children inside the house were harmed during the incident.
The suspect was described as a dark-skinned Black male, and authorities believed the vehicle had a Florida license plate.
Despite witness statements and efforts by law enforcement, the case remains unsolved. Authorities continue to encourage anyone with information about the case to come forward, offering support to the victim’s family and seeking justice for Boular.
