On June 17, 2008, 19-year-old Jeffery Bernard Boular was shot and killed outside a home on Marlowe Avenue in Charlotte, North Carolina. The shooting occurred around 2:45 p.m., when a suspect in a red Dodge Magnum fired multiple rounds into the home. Boular, who was outside at the time, was hit, and another person inside the home sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
