Anthony Amos Rainey, a 14-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Chester, PA, tragically passed away on February 24, 2014. He was found with a gunshot wound to the neck and was later pronounced dead at Crozer-Chester Medical Center. The circumstances leading up to the shooting remain unclear, and Chester Police continued their investigation without immediate leads.
