In the winter of 2014, the life of a Chester, Pennsylvania teenager was tragically cut short. Anthony Amos Rainey, a 14-year-old African American male, passed away on February 24, 2014. The young man was discovered with a gunshot wound to his neck and was rushed to the Crozer-Chester Medical Center, where he was ultimately pronounced dead.
