Edward Joseph White, a 78-year-old man from Montoursville, PA, tragically died on April 5, 2014. Initially, it was believed that he had been struck by a hit-and-run driver, but further investigation revealed a more sinister cause of death. White was found shot in the head and hip, and his body was discovered near Fairview Drive and Cherry Street.
