Shirley P. Westheafer, an 81-year-old woman from Warrington Township, PA, tragically passed away on April 24, 2014. Shirley was born on March 23, 1933, in Steelton, and was the daughter of the late Charles M. and Ellen J. Young. She was the widow of Charles R.
