Mark Marshall, a 34-year-old Black male, was tragically shot and killed on December 16, 2015, while walking his dog in the Cedar Park neighborhood of West Philadelphia. At approximately 7:45 p.m., Philadelphia Police Officers responded to the 4600 block of Kingsessing Avenue and found Mark lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, he succumbed to his injuries that night.
