In the quiet of a winter evening, a sense of security within one's own home was shattered for Winston Dallas, a 49-year-old African-American man. On Monday, January 18, 2010, at approximately 9:30 p.m., a knock at the front door of his residence in the 100 block of Collingwood, near Woodward Avenue and Chicago Boulevard in Detroit, set in motion a tragic and至今 unsolved event.
