Vincent Testa, a 53-year-old male of Italian-American ethnicity, was a lieutenant in the Philadelphia Police Department. He died on April 6, 2016, from an apparent suicide. Testa was found unresponsive in his Northeast Philadelphia home by his girlfriend. The Medical Examiner's Office confirmed that he ingested a large quantity of pills. Testa had left a note for his loved ones.
