On April 24, 2016, 27-year-old Robert Braxton III, a Black man from Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania, was fatally shot during a church service at Keystone Fellowship Church in North Wales. The incident occurred around 11 a.m. when Braxton, described as "verbally disruptive and agitated," engaged in an altercation with fellow church member Mark Storms.
