In the summer of 2016, a horrific sequence of events unfolded in a barn on a quiet property along Welsh Run Road in Mercersburg, not far from Greencastle, Pennsylvania, culminating in the tragic death of 36-year-old Phillip Matthew Jackson. On June 25th of that year, Pennsylvania State Police were called to Jackson's property where they discovered a brutal crime scene.
