Cheyenne Allen, a 23-year-old man from Wilkinsburg, was found shot multiple times on McMasters Avenue in Turtle Creek, Pennsylvania, early on the morning of July 10, 2016. He was pronounced dead at the scene. According to reports, Allen had been seeking a ride home after attending a party when he was shot. The circumstances surrounding his death remain unclear, and it is believed that he knew the shooter.
