Dewayne Lancaster, a 29-year-old male from Upper Darby, PA, was tragically shot and killed on July 26, 2016. The incident occurred in the courtyard of his apartment complex on Walnut Street. Lancaster was found with multiple gunshot wounds to the torso and head, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
