Armand Isaiah Fennell, a 17-year-old male from Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, was tragically shot and killed on July 7, 2018. He was a dedicated volunteer and an active member of his community. Armand was at a house party when a fight broke out, and while trying to escape, he was shot in the back by 21-year-old Deshawn Cannon. The motive behind the shooting was reportedly a robbery attempt.
