Hugo Ernesto Garcia-Hernandez, a 35-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically died on March 22, 2017, in New Providence, Pennsylvania. He was fatally shot in the chest at his home on Pennsy Road, and also sustained injuries to his face. Zip-ties were found on his body. The incident was part of a violent confrontation that stemmed from a relationship between Garcia-Hernandez and the wife of the suspect, Jose Santos Ferrufino.
