Angela Marie Hammond, a 20-year-old woman from Clinton, Missouri, was last seen on April 4, 1991. That evening, Angela had spent time with her boyfriend, Rob Shafer, and some friends. She dropped Rob off at his home around 10:00 p.m., promising to call him later.
