In a tragic turn of events stemming from a domestic dispute, 30-year-old Tremayne Foster of Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, was fatally shot on a Friday night in April 2017. The incident unfolded after Foster went to a residence on Wykes Street to pick up his 9-month-old son. Just moments before the shooting, he had contacted 911 to report that he was being denied access to his child.
