Seifuddin Collier, a 24-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on January 15, 2018, in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. He was fatally shot during an apparent domestic dispute. Collier was shot in the abdomen and succumbed to his injuries shortly after undergoing surgery.
