In the winter of 2018, the life of 24-year-old Seifuddin Collier, an African American man, was cut short in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. On the evening of January 15th, what began as an apparent domestic dispute escalated into a fatal encounter. Collier was shot once in the abdomen and, despite being rushed into surgery, succumbed to his injuries.
