Seth William Cline, a 21-year-old male from Melcroft, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on January 28, 2018. He was one of four victims fatally shot at Ed's Car Wash in Saltlick Township, Fayette County, by Timothy O'Brien Smith, a 28-year-old man who was later found to have died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The incident occurred early in the morning, and authorities described it as a "horrible and senseless event".
