In the summer of 2010, a tragedy struck a Detroit neighborhood, leaving two families heartbroken and a community searching for answers. On July 10th, 17-year-old Darlin Moorer and his 18-year-old friend, Edward Ramsey, were found deceased in what authorities would classify as a double homicide.
