On August 24, 2012, police in Detroit, Michigan, investigated the fatal shooting of 34-year-old Black male Dorian Anderson. Authorities discovered Anderson at a residence located in the 17500 block of Stout Street. The investigation into the homicide quickly advanced, leading law enforcement to identify a suspect in connection with the killing.
