In the quiet suburban neighborhood of Ohio Township, just outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the morning of April 4, 2018, was shattered by the sound of gunfire. James Clayton Westover, a 56-year-old White male, was fatally shot in the driveway of his Rebecca Drive home.
