On April 11, 2018, 39-year-old Black female Dolores Williams was found fatally shot in the head inside her apartment in the 1100 block of Island Avenue in Stowe Township, Pennsylvania. Her 15-year-old daughter was also shot and transported to a local hospital in critical but stable condition. Neighbors reported that the incident occurred in a third-floor unit of building 1116.
