Kelly Cody, a 28-year-old woman from McKees Rocks, PA, tragically lost her life on January 21, 2021. She was shot in the head while sitting in a friend's car in a Stowe alley. Cody had just gotten into the car when Lauren Brown, a 29-year-old man, opened the vehicle's front door and started fighting with the man inside. Brown, who was on parole at the time, had a gun and began shooting. Cody was killed, but the man in the car was uninjured.
