Devon Clive Stevens Jr., a 32-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically died on July 4, 2018, in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Stevens was found with multiple gunshot wounds outside Building 308 at the Sherman Hills apartment complex. He was transported to Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
