Rithina Torn, a 29-year-old man from Philadelphia, tragically lost his life on October 15, 2018, in Cheltenham, PA. He was fatally shot during what appeared to be a road rage incident. According to reports, Torn was a passenger in a car that was involved in a dispute with another vehicle at the intersection of Dewey Road and Front Street around 9:30 p.m. The situation escalated when Torn exited the vehicle and was shot multiple times by the driver of the other car.
