Tammy Lynn McKarchey Dorward, a 59-year-old woman from Mifflintown, Pennsylvania, tragically passed away on December 12, 2018, at her home. Born on October 28, 1959, in Lewistown, Pennsylvania, Tammy was the daughter of the late Charles R. “Buzz” and Jean E. McKarchey. She was the fiancée of David J. Britcher, who also passed away on the same day.
