Stefen Simmons, a 20-year-old male from Felton, PA, tragically died on January 6, 2019. He was shot in the front yard of a home along Oriole Circle in Chanceford Township during an armed robbery. Simmons and Montrice Gibson were in a car when Tysheem Santiago approached them with a gun and demanded money. During a struggle over the weapon, Simmons was shot and killed.
