Joshua Smith, a 25-year-old male from Pottstown, PA, was tragically shot and killed on April 21, 2019. The incident occurred around 12:26 p.m. on the 600 block of Industrial Highway. An autopsy confirmed that Smith died from two gunshot wounds to his head and neck, and his death was ruled a homicide.
