James E. Rust, a 49-year-old man from Bethel Park, PA, tragically died on June 20, 2019. He was involved in a fatal shooting that occurred at his duplex on Horning Road. According to police reports, the incident stemmed from an argument with his 27-year-old neighbor. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Rust with a gunshot wound and he was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
