Elarrah Nichole Findley, an 18-year-old African American female from Pittsburgh, PA, tragically lost her life on November 24, 2019. She was fatally shot in the 700 block of Midland Street in Wilkinsburg while trying to escape from a gunman. Elarrah was in a car with 22-year-old Jerrell Jeffries when a passenger in the backseat opened fire, killing both of them. Elarrah was found lying in the road, while Jerrell was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds inside the car.
