Javon Cooper, a 24-year-old male from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost his life on January 1, 2020. He was one of two men fatally shot in a New Year's Day street shooting that also left a woman injured. The incident occurred around 2:15 p.m. on the 4700 block of Griscom Street in the Frankford section of Philadelphia.
