In the late hours of a Tuesday night in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, the life of Terrell Woodrow Coley, a 36-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short. On October 27, 2020, shots rang out in the 500 block of Manor Street, prompting a swift response from the Lancaster City Bureau of Police. Arriving at the scene around 11:45 p.m., officers discovered a chaotic and violent tableau. Coley was found with a gunshot wound to his chest and was not breathing.
