Terrell Woodrow Coley, a 36-year-old male of Lancaster, PA, tragically lost his life on October 27, 2020. Late that night, Lancaster City Bureau of Police officers responded to reports of shots fired on Manor Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Coley and a 24-year-old female, both suffering from gunshot wounds. Coley was pronounced dead at the hospital, while the female victim survived with non-life-threatening injuries.
