Rasheen Nasir Jones, a 20-year-old aspiring rapper known as "RunUp Rico," was tragically killed on February 1, 2021, in Chester, Pennsylvania. Jones, along with 19-year-old Kwann Henderson, was found suffering from gunshot wounds inside a silver Chevrolet Impala that had crashed into a building on West 3rd Street.
