On the evening of February 1, 2021, a burst of gunfire shattered the night in Chester, Pennsylvania, leaving two young men from Philadelphia dead and a community in shock. Rasheen Nasir Jones, a 20-year-old Black male and aspiring rapper known as RunUp Rico, was killed in the incident.
