Moises Ramos-Esteban

On December 22, 2010, two men of Hispanic/Latino descent were fatally shot in a double homicide incident in the Southwest Detroit area. Moises Ramos-Esteban, who was 24 years old, and Eduardo Romero-Chavez, aged 34, were at a residence on Kulick Street when the violence occurred.
