Ti’Rae Terrance Bernard, a 25-year-old man from Pittsburgh, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident in Munhall, Pennsylvania, on June 1, 2021. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when a state trooper heard gunshots around 3:23 a.m. in the 900 block of 8th Avenue.
