William Dean, a 38-year-old White male from Richland, NJ, was tragically found dead on June 15, 2021, in Philadelphia, PA. He was discovered inside a black Nissan Kicks on the 2700 block of West Huntingdon Street in the Strawberry Mansion section of the city. Medical personnel pronounced him deceased at the scene, having suffered gunshot wounds to the head.
