William Dean, a 38-year-old White male from Richland, NJ, was tragically found dead on June 15, 2021, in Philadelphia, PA. He was discovered inside a black Nissan Kicks on the 2700 block of West Huntingdon Street in the Strawberry Mansion section of the city.
